we did 9x600s with 3min between each.

The first set of 3 were all in 2:02.
The second set of 3 were 2:00, 1:57, 1:59
The third set of 3 were 1:55, 1:56, 1:55

Felt really strong, pretty easy workout actually. Its hard to believe that people actually run a whole 5k at the pace that I did the last set...or a whole marathon haha.
