Well I am back at it again. I went to borders and found a book titled "the Complete Runners Log" It is a training diary and fitness guide that starts at any level and goes all the way to training for a marathon. the book only covers a six month period so I may end up getting another one shortly to pick up where the first one left off.
Anyway, the book starts the week on Monday so I will start in a few days on the book. Mean while I started again with the walk jog program as before today. I walked from the house to the track, jogged a mile (10:50) and walked back. It went really well with no problems.
