Comments:
15.0 miles. first 5 miles easy at 7:30 down to lake with Melanie, then 6:45, 6:54,6:58 at Melanie's marathon pace, then a 7:30, then off on my own, last 5 miles through downtown wilmington and down market back to my house. 10-14 about 620-630 legs started getting heavy, then last mile pushed in 6:09. Didn't feel great but got it in.
