5 60 yard striders
2x(600m @ 35 per 200m w/ 600m jog recovery)
3x(400m @ 35 per 200m w/ 400m jog recovery)
4x(300m @ 17 per 100m w/ 400m jog recovery)
6x(200m @ 16 per 100m w/ 200m jog recovery)
1 mile cooldown
was out of it,, at first i felt good but would soon die out, tryed to keep uo with the group, certaintly didn't try my best felt like i was giving up to that voice, but coach helped me push it truw, the satisfaction after the work out was amazing
