Weather: cold but good
Comments:
went out did a 5 mile run felt amazing little sored from previous day, overall felt good, worked on my stride, ran easy a decent pase 8 somthing for mile, not bad, rise and realy,, need to start running in the morning on the weekend feels better.... ran on my wafles, to start getting used to them for wenesday's race...
exited for tomorrows speed work out...

ran felt my calfs a little tight from the morning but overall everithing was good.
