Indoor mid run

Comments:
Feeling very tired and sluggish at the start, twinges in left leg and new tightness in right calf made for tough slow start. Did manage to stay on for 4.5 miles but getting pretty tired and slight return of weird tenderness in inner left ankle near 4 mile mark but not nearly as bad as saturday run. Oh and scale said 115, terrible start to the day and month :(!
