6x400 with 400 jog/3 min rest @ a little faster than mile pace. 63, 63, 63, 63, 62, 61. Wind was really annoying from 100-300, so times probably worth a second faster. Felt really strong hammering it in the last 100 of the last three. Not totally killer or anything
