Comments:
Hill workout with BK samet and freeling. Felt a little off on BK (the hill that is) but improved.
Hills: BK to Dana to short loughboro to rockwood to AU to sedgewick. WOW dana was hard. i'd never done it.

If you look at the elevation it seems that dana is about 200 feet of vertical rise, pretty cool
