Comments:
3 mile tempo at 5:50ish pace. Picked it up to 5:30 for the last 400ish. Then 4 x 400 on the track at race pace. I did some pace-changing stuff which I think will really help this weekend and hopefully at nationals, if I get there. 82, 79, 79, 72. Last one felt surprisingly good. It was nice to finally have 41s feel like actual race pace, rather than just fast. Good workout!
