Ran fast tempo to BK, then sprint up BK hill, then fast cooldown down Chainbridge, then cooldown down Macarthur, then fast up Dana, where I started to go slow because I was so tired, then fast up Loughboro to Chainbridge intersection, then didn't do last hill so I ran back to school. In last block, shooting pain in leg.
