felt good at furst but my legs woul dfeel heavy on the second 200's for some reaseon, had trouble keeping up but in th e300's i did good, need to work on mY STide, overall good work out did most of it on time, except on the second 600which killed me - need to work on that shoudn't have given up to the voice0- need to push harder if i want to go somewhere- stretched really good after and before need to do that aswell- also eate a chicken sald don't htink it givesme enough nergy for workouts on speed days....
