Comments:
5 x 1k at around 2:53-55 pace, last rep closed in around a 30 second 200.
Felt really strong, and started to feel comfortable while feeling comfortable. I was scared to settle in at first, but then i realized i was still hitting the right pace, so being fully in the moment was good!
