I kept my run entirely roads today, since I've been on trials alot I need to hit the roads and keep it cool...nice and easy. It was a good run except by ankle still hurt, I got home and iced. Since last week was a 7 day week...I'm taking tomorrow off to recover. I'm at 60 miles this week, next week shud be around 65-70.
