Comments:
ran an easy 4 miles with people which is always different. but all that was normal and donlan was running a hard 200 so i jumped in. he clicked in at a 24 and i was most likely atleast .25 seconds in front of him it felt sooo easy i was talkking the whole time. guna go hard on thursday and see where i'm at. 3:30 is striders
