Comments:
So Jblo had Chris and I do 15min of telephone poles. It was actually not too bad Chris stayed close about 1 pole behind me and I was moving pretty well at first it hurt a lot when I was slowing down for the easy but then I got used to it as I was going. Hopefully this didnt hurt my foot at all and I'll be good to go on Saturday. Did some light lifting afterward.
