Weather: high 50's and all sorts of windy

Comments:
Started the warmup out really sore and uninterested, wasn't looking too forward to running in the heavy wind. first 2 miles were uneventful, when i realized i felt great and decided to turn it up a little. felt amazing, probably the strongest i've felt. got done with the 4th mile and my lungs felt amazing.
