Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Track is over now, so I started a running club to keep the kids in shape and to try to get some of the kids that aren't very fast to come out and run without being embarassed. First day today. We only had kids come, but I'm advertising more, so hopefully more will come later. I ran about with the kids, then more on my own. Ridiculously hot today, thought I was gonna pass out with about a mile to go.
