Comments:
Mile of ins and outs followed by 3x(4x150) at 400 pace with 2 min jog in between and 5 min between sets. Definitely got the legs moving, turnover felt good for the first half but the second half really got tough and the last two were hard. Mostly 21's with a couple of 20's.
