Weather: 38, sunny, slight wind

Comments:
With Brent. Campus Loop up (2.2), 3:03, 3:00, 2:59, 2:54, 2:52. 2:30 recovery which was mostly jogging. Felt pretty good. Led the last 1600 of the workout, Brent didn't have spikes on. Know I can run close to 8:50. Went out to Baker Road and back for a cooldown.
