I only have running club monday tuesday and thursday, so I could wait and run later at around 7. Man did it make a difference. I finally felt good and could go a decent distance. It still hurt a lot because I haven't gone that far in over a month now, but I don't think I've lost much fitness. It should be easier to keep mileage up now. I don't want to ruin commitment month for monty...
