Comments:
Ran with Sam and Samet on some pickups, and with Ben Max, Billy, and Kunst on others. Didn't feel to hard, though some of those intervals were feeling pretty quick. 4-2-3-1-1-2-3 was the order I believe. Usually followed by equal recovery.
