Weather: windy

Comments:
Almost no hip pain, and only on left hip. Quads less sore, backpack is definitely to blame for injury. Started steady, last mile and a half was medium steady. I google mapped the run and it came out to be a bit over 7 miles, though that doesn't match our pace and/or it was because we might have sped up since almost all of it was downhill somehow
