Down to ward circle with a big group and down mass to garfield (past STA) to cleveland ave to connecticut. Me BK and aleck were up front...and then my calf majorly seized up. I was able to keep moving but my stride became awkward and really tiring. it kept randomly seizing and I lost ben and aleck and went back van ness to 42nd with jason and peter. knee really hurts from having to run so awkwardly with the cramp
