Comments:
went up to Manley today to get some speed in. Had to wait a while fro the dumb football team but we still got the work in. The workout he had us do hurt my foot. We did broken 4s with a rep 300 then an all out kick for the last 100. I did one of those in 62 and then ran a mile in about 6:30 and then did some tempo 400s and one more broken 4.
