It seems like every Thursday run, I'm worried the entire time about crapping myself. Kind of wish I didn't have this stupid disease....certainly would make things much easier when training (pills aren't really helping yet). Anyway, I felt okay for a while other than the stomach issues, but my foot fell asleep around mile 4 and that was not fun to deal with.
