Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, not cold, kinda like spring

Comments:
Was initially thinking of going on a 7 mile long run, but I decided against that because I didn't want to hurt my hips. Then I was going to go on a 5 mile long run, but decided against that too. I google mapped my loop, and found that where I turn off macarthur onto the capital crescent is 2 miles away from my house.

Wanted to run there in 18 minutes, but went too fast, so I turned around and went back. On way there, I guess I sped up because I was anxious as to whether or not I would hit the 18 minute mark. Fell into a lull in last three quarters of a mile because a My Chemical Romance song got stuck in my head, but I guess it was a good lull since their songs can't necessarily be called slow. Felt like I slowed down on way back, because I was taking in how nice of a day it was, but I think from the entrance of the trail to my house is downhill, because it was faster on the way back.

Then did a little barefoot cooldown. I was just thinking about how nice it was to run barefoot, and somehow ran faster. Good day overall, and little to no hip pain.
