Comments:
53-76-69-61. 1st 400 = 70, 800 = 2:30.
Went out slow like Jesse said. First 800 was 2:30 like it was supposed to be and then i started moving. Had some trouble shifting into gear, but in the last lap I really got going. Passed A LOT of people at the end. Good race, felt strong over the last half mile. My calves are shot. They're sore and don't want to move at all. I'm glad i didn't have to run that 4x4. it would've been ugly and i was afraid i'd strain my calves.
