Weather: Nice but Windy

Comments:
My hamstrings were sore all day but they surprising felt good once I got going on the run. I was trying to open up my stride and keep a good turnover at the same time. Other than the 2 main hills, I felt great the whole time. Gotta bloody nose trying to snot rocket but I got it cleaned it up pretty quick. Cooled down and incorporated some downhill strider.
