Comments:
I ran 16 miles this morning, the calves still feel...off but they aren't cramping and they don't hurt so it is all good.
I played 3 hours of soccer yesterday and spent the afternoon playing Frisbee golf. I'd like to think I did some cross training this weekend :)
Soccer makes strange muscles a bit sore though. I need to play more sports.
