Didn't run on Saturday b/c still feeling sick. Slightly better today, but not recovered fully yet. Hoped to run 10, didn't feel up to it after the first loop. Pretty sure I won't be doing any more tempo runs for this training - my recovery time is just too long. Hoping to recover shortly and stay healthy for the rest of training.
