So after two weeks of awesome training with no interuptions somthing happens! I rolled my ankle last night playing basketball and even though it doesnt hurt that bad its still swollen. Ugh a week away from the season and closing out the best summer training of my life and I do somthing stupied! This morning on my run it wasent bothering me but now it is. I ran like a idiot this morning. Me and Nathaniel went up in 7:00 pace and came back in 6:30 pace. Im stupied for running that fast in the morning. Nathaniel started to gap me because hes just trying to get in a decent effort since he only runs once a day. And my competitive edge takes over and I force my self to stay with him and totally screw over my morning run. Oh well its my fault and if I pay for it this afternoon then I will learn.
