Weather: a little hotter than yesterday, but not bad: mid 80s
Comments:
Averaged about 7:05. Felt more tired than yesterday. pushed it decently. Finished at like 6:45s. knee/IT band tightened up in the middle and I had to stop and stretch. Swam for 20 minutes right afterwards.
