15 minute run/crossroads

Comments:
after a half mile warmup we did a 15 minute run. 9 1/4 laps for me. That put me right behind will and john where i was in XC. Then we did crossroads as a cooldown with the whole team. We had to stop a few times so people could catch up and not get lost. Felt good at the end of the day.
