Comments:
First time at the gym in about 3 weeks. It was tough buut I think I managed to do quite a bit. 10mins on the rower, 10 mins on the cross trainer and then a 3mile run on the treadmill. Not a bad start. I definitely felt knackered when I got home. Determined to get fit again!
