Ran to the park and twice round before stopping for some stretches etc. Was shattered so am pleased I managed two laps before stopping! Did some stretches and then ran home but didnt monitor that so have no idea of times.
Ran a total of 5.22 miles so not bad going. Am knackered though. Canty imagine how I managed 13km about a month ago. Am struggling with just 5miles at the mo!
