You're stupid. You went out too fast and too hard. You didn't plan your route. You scared yourself. Plan your runs better. Lets hope this was a freebie. Hope you're not too hurt after this.

WHY? Why this run was awful. I set out wanting to do a constant 8 min. mile. I had a small idea of where to run, and of course the course was too small. First off there was a 350 ft elevation drop after mile 2. Then I made a bad choice to run by the docks. It was dark and unknown. Not enough traffic. Not a safe choice. For fear of my life and getting lost I ran really fast. While I averaged a 730 mile I must have run at least one mile at 630. My mile cool down nearly killed me. I had to stop before I vomited. Blerg. Total learning experience.
