Comments:
got a little distracted and ended up going 13.5miles instead of 8. Had a pleasant time. Parked at Military in Rock Creek. Took Valley trail north to Pine trail to 16th Street to Silver Spring to Forest Glenn. Explored old National Park Seminary and "bike trails" behind Walter Reed Annex. Returned south through the park to the car.
