first hurdle workout

Comments:
felt good to be able to get in a decent workout. did dynamic warmups then ample hurdle work. after this i did 2 sets of 4 two hundred meter hurdles. then barefoot strides and a mile down. guna count the hurdle work and striders as a 6 min mile. the 200s were divided into 2 sets of for with a walk in between reps and 10 min between sets.
