crunches with 25lb kettle bell overhead
side crunches to elbow with 30lb dumbbells
side crunches to elbow with kettle bell
plank walks on mill in between
tricep presses laying across a bench - 55, 60, 65lbs
dumbell curls from lunge position - regular, hammer, cross body - 25 reps each
standing cable flies - chest level to arc upward, arc upward to chest level to overheard
pullups - 8 x overhand, 8 x underhand, 8 x one hammer, one underhand, 8 x switch hands, 8 x close grip underhand
knee raises from flat bench with bands tied around feet
