Comments:
Ran 45 minutes then went swimming for 20 minutes then ran for 52:30. Averaged about 7:10 pace. Good workout. It felt really weird to run right after swimming--it took about 20 minutes to get back into a smooth running mode. I would have swam afterwards but the KAC was going to close by then.
