Weather: 34, calm, wore gloves

Comments:
Did warm up and cool down inside, first 5 minutes felt very sluggish but better when I went outside. Did a few extra loops in the neighboorhood to stretch out distance. Huge improvement on first mile, did 8:51 today, did 9:42 other day. Felt very good at faster pace but did slow down for rest of time outside. Felt good during cool down.
