North Park Workout

Comments:
Headed to the lake to do my workout because the tracks are still covered in snow. Pacing was tough b/c of unfamiliar quarter mile marks. Also, the mile marks are correct, but the quarter marks in between are skewed. I would run one quarter at 1:50 and then my next one would be at 60 second. Averaging these makes much more sense. So I basically got the workout in at what I thought was the correct pace. My first mile was way too fast (5:11) b/c I didn't know the pacing. All time reflect up and down hills b/c I wasn't on a track. Overall felt really good.

After the workout did a long cooldown w/ Jake.

1mi. (2:45 rest), 12x400m w/ 20 sec rest. Every 4th interval I took 1 minute rest.
