hurdles practice. very stressful with everyone here. but still got a solid workout, hamstring hurts im guna take ibprofine. quad feels better on a good note. still not sure what to count half warm up drills as guan go with a mile at 6:00

5:00 mile is really hurdle up and downs.
workouts much harder then writin
