Comments:
Easy day. Talked to trainer before practice and they had me heat my calves and stretch them before running. Didn't seem to do too much, so Erin said that I should keep icing them all this week, but if they're not better in a week, it may be time to take the next step in terms of figuring out why my shins hurt when I run.
