TRX (Plank position with feet in hanging handles. Bring knees into chest for 25)
5x5's - 5 sets of 5 pullups, tricep dips and platform jumps
cable rows low
reverse cable flies
planks with leg raises to elbow planks with leg raises to planks with leg raises to arm raises
2 x superman stretches
