Felt really good to start off. It was kind of rainy all day, so it wasn't too hot. The wind was horrible though. Probably about twenty-five or thirty mph on my way out. Definitely didn't eat enough today though. Only had a sandwich for lunch and didn't eat dinner before I ran. Got to about 9 miles and ran out of gas. My legs and my lungs felt all right, I just started feeling really sick. Anyway, finished it up and actually ran the last 6 miles twenty seconds faster than the first 6, even though I thought i was dying.
