First oudoor run in 2010

Weather: 39, calm, no gloves

Comments:
Finally decided to try all running outside, first 5 minutes felt slow and sluggish but better after 1st mile. Felt great to be outside and seeing all the old sites from this route. Hills were hard and I slowed up considerably to get through them. Overall a good, cautious start.
