VO2 Max Test

Weather: Indoors=dryness

Comments:
Very Very Painful

VO2 Max=59.9 ml/kg/min
Pace at VO2 max=5:22(wow I can't hardly sustain at mile at VO2 max=fail)
VT/(LT kinda)=6:58(70% VO2 max)a lot slower than I thought and easier
85% VO2 max=6:10(Russ's "Tempo" pace, can hardly sustain for 3 miles if I can even do that)

Hurt a lot, good thing I'm now Nelson's example of the guy who almost hit 60 but didn't.
