Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was going to do the hill workout at highbanks, but the hill was closed. We were warming up and when we got to the hill I was so pissed i threw my shirt. Anyways, I did 8 with Tom, Coach Mills, Peter Brown, Coach Helfrich, and Erik. After that Erik, Tom and I took off and were moving pretty good, especially the last mile which was probably around 5:40 i am guessing.
