Weather: cold, rainy, windy

Comments:
Felt good today, ran with Samet to AU. Did all the stretches and stuff at AU, then came back. Ran a bit slower than I did one way here, because left sacrum/lower back area was hurting. I think I should to the back stretches on a foam pad, because hard material probably doesn't help.
